Karinna Alves Gulias (Brazil / UK, 1983) is a poet and translator. She debuted with nine strong poems in Confraria No. 10 (2007). Her poems have also appeared in the anthology XXI Brazilian Poetas de hoje em dia(nte) (21 poets from (to)day, 2009), and in a special issue on young Brazilian poets in Action Poetique (No 204, June 2011). In the same year, her collection Maria da Graça, Terra dos Nomes Perdidos (Maria da Graça, the Village of Lost Names, 2011) was published.
