Jalal el- Hakmaoui
(Morocco, 1957) 
Born in Casablanca, Morocco in 1957. Poet and translator. He is one of the major young poets in Morocco, and a member founder of the poetry review Israf Excess which helped establish the prose poem sensitivity in Morocco.
