Pilote le Hot left school at sixteen and has since collaborated in various music, poetry and performance projects. In 1995 he joined his first poetry slam and he has never looked back. He is now France’s unofficial ambassador of slam poetry, a form he imbues with joy, humour, sensuality and love.
His extravagant performances are rhythmic and full of fun.
[Pilot le Hot took part in the Poetry International Slam Rotterdam 2002. This text was written on that occasion.]
